Our brand new FORGED program starts on the 13th April and will hit the spot nicely for all of our members!

3 days a week at HG3 you can work the whole body head to toe.

2 Days a week you can get a real good sweat on and improve your all round conditioning.

Build strength, muscle and fitness and get the biggest bang for buck every time your in the gym.

NEW CLASS TRIAL – TUESDAY 1PM 🇺🇸 🤠 🐴

We’ve been looking at ways to expand our conditioning offering, particularly around aerobic development, coordination and movement variability.

Off the back of our recent strength cycle, we’re trialling a new session format led by Chase that focuses on:
• Sustained Zone 2 output
• Footwork efficiency & coordination
• Lower endurance without high impact
• Staying relaxed under continuous movement (harder than it sounds)

The format will use structured movement patterns and rhythm-based sequences choreographed by .the.fitness to keep intensity consistent while developing control and stamina.

It’s a bit different to what we usually do — but that’s the point.
Open to all members. No experience needed.

We’ll run this as a short trial block and get feedback — if it works, it stays.

It’s the new year and we have a new program to get stuck into.

We are going to start with a bang, a strength bang and boost our foundational strength, building gains from head to toe.

The unique rep sechemes chosen for this program is 20, 5 & 10.

Reliable rep scheme that takes things back to basics. The lifts we will be looking to improve are the Barbell Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift.
