💥 💥 BIG NEWS 💥 💥 ⁣

So, rewind 18 months ago and you’ll find me working as a self employed personal trainer with diabetics alike in the sleepy town of Harrogate. Having worked in the fitness industry for 8 years at a local gym it was fair to say it was time to broaden my career. ⁣
⁣
Along popped up a small boutique gym that was about to change everything, F45 Training Harrogate!⁣
⁣
After i was personally recommended by a previous client, that was it, i was in and taking classes in a matter of days. Little did i know my first class coaching at harrogate would be the first day of a life changing journey.⁣
⁣
Fast forward 18 months, iv made so much more than just a job. Iv created friendships that will last a lifetime, memories, clients and somewhat of a family along the way. All things that made getting up at 5am easy, well, easier..it still kills me now!⁣
⁣
After working along side Andy Preston from day one as head coach and manager we’ve created a bond like two brothers, bestie’s would be an understatement to our admittedly weird but hilarious relationship (sorry Fern). ⁣
⁣
However our partnership was about to be put to the test. unfortunately earlier this year we discovered that the studio was not doing what was needed, even with the amazing results from our clients (you all know who you are). The studio was to be shut and be no more….sad sad news, even more so for Andy and myself committing all our time and energy making F45 what it is today. ⁣
⁣
After the unbelievable help from our members (too many to name, but you know who you are) and especially to Stuart Jones we began the process of making the studio a success. With Funding from our members and constant support we were driven to new heights and…⁣

After what can only be described as an emotional rollercoaster..⁣
⁣
I am pleased to announce that I am now OFFICIALLY the Co-Owner along with Andy Preston of F45 Training Harrogate. ⁣
