We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable people to join the team at Harrogate Ice Pavilion this festive season.
Set within the beautiful surroundings of Valley Gardens, Harrogate Ice Pavilion will welcome visitors of all ages for a fantastic seasonal ice-skating experience.
Seasonal Positions Available
⛸️ Skate Hire Staff
Helping customers with skate fitting, exchanges and returns while keeping the Skate Hire area organised, safe and running efficiently.
❄️ Ice Marshalls
Supporting customers on the ice, helping maintain a safe and enjoyable skating environment and assisting skaters when required.
🎟️ Box Office Staff
Welcoming visitors, checking bookings and tickets, answering customer enquiries and helping ensure a smooth arrival experience.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who are:
* Friendly, approachable and confident working with the public
* Reliable, punctual and comfortable working as part of a busy team
* Able to deliver excellent customer service
* Happy working in a fast-paced seasonal event environment
* Available for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and the Christmas/New Year period
Previous experience is not essential, as training will be provided.
Experience in ice skating would be an advantage, particularly for Ice Marshall positions.
