The pressure to change yourself in the New Year is crazy! So why not challenge yourself instead?
Each year I like to set myself achievable goals that will benefit me mentally and physically, as well as having a challenge that I can work towards throughout the year.
I completed my first half marathon last year and honestly abandoned distance running pretty soon after, however i’d like to get back into running but this time focusing on my pace. I’d also love to complete another physical challenge, maybe in the form of a competition/event this time around🏋🏼♀️
Pilates is something i’ve dipped my toe into last year and I really enjoyed the challenge, so I definitely want to try and incorporate into my weekly training.
Aside from fitness goals, it’s important to have ones that will benefit your life as a whole. I’ve been slowly building my yearly book goal by 2 a year📚
As well as this, I want to travel to more new places both in England and outside! We’re planning a mini inter-railing trip in the Summer and more wild camping is on the cards!
Finally i’m so excited for all the opportunities and freedom I have with my business and to take it to new levels in 2024! Keep your eyes peeled👀
