Before becoming a parent, you imagine taking your child to activities.
You picture them happily getting dressed, skipping through the door and eagerly joining in.
Then you actually become a parent.
Now you're negotiating with a tiny terrorist over socks.
Someone is crying because their banana broke.
Someone else has forgotten how legs work.
And somehow you're already late.
