🏊‍♀️💪 Record numbers at our North East Girls Post-Summer Bootcamp on Friday night, with 36 athletes attending, our biggest turnout yet!

The session focused on fitness and stamina, featuring land training, relays, swim and leg work, tactical drills, jumping ball fitness and games. The girls worked tirelessly throughout the full 2.5 hours, showing fantastic effort, commitment and teamwork.

Well done to everyone who attended and gave 100% as we look ahead to an exciting season of games and opportunities.

Richmond Dales Swimming Club - RDASC has a limited number of places available in the first cohort of its FREE Inclusion Training Programme, designed to help clubs attract, support and successfully integrate swimmers with impairments.

Open to club committees, EDI officers, welfare leads, coaches and officials, the programme starts in September 2026 and includes poolside workshops, online learning and ongoing support.
