Meet the team
Hi, my name is Sam Bradbury and I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer.
A little bit about me, I became passionate about coaching at a young age at a local sports club for youth and children. This led me to go on to pass both my Sports Coaching and Development undergraduate and Strength and Conditioning masters degrees, and I am now a qualified PT.
Are you looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve your functional movement, or simply improve your overall fitness levels? If so, I can help you achieve your goals on your fitness journey, both in 1-1 and group settings. My main target areas will be fat loss, building strength, and improving everyday movement and mobility.
