✨The Essence of Yoga Retreat✨ is back for another date!

Join us for a rejuvenating and inspiring day of yoga and wellness! Think of it as a mini reset – a chance to move, breathe and recharge your energy. We’ll flow through uplifting practices, slow it right down with Yin, dive into a workshop to really understand the poses, reset our nervous systems through sound frequencies with ✨

The day looks a little like this:
🌞 Gentle flow to wake us up
🔥 An energising Vinyasa class
🧘 A Yoga Skills Workshop
🥗 Lunch + a little time to connect
🌙 Restorative Yin
✨Breathwork & a Guided Meditation
🌼 A Nature walk and time to just be
🔮A Sound Bath to complete the day

My heart is SO full after such a wonderful retreat day yesterday, our second “Essence of Yoga” retreat ✨

Thank you so much to everyone who made this day possible for us, for your energy.. your support.. we are so grateful. Thank you also to for the amazing food and to Sarah for your pure sound magic 🪄

This was a particularly special one for me as, many of you know, that my beautiful Mum was meant to be behind those singing bowls. I hope I did you proud Mum 🧡
