An exciting opportunity to work at The Tour Shed/Golf Experience LTD based at Harpenden Common Golf Club.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic person who either has experience in the golfing industry or has passion to learn more. Customer service is the highest priority with the role including day –to-day running of the shop and providing custom fitting sessions in The Tour Shed using GCQuad.
Qualifications
Custom Service 2 Years (Preferred)
-Experience in the golf industry 2 years (Preferred)
-PGA Qualified (Preferred)
-Custom Fitting experience (Preferred)
Rolls and Responsibility’s
-Excellent customer service skills
-Willingness to go the extra mile for customers
-To learn about all new products in the shop and specialise in knowing all product features and unique selling points.
-Social media expert, including creating and editing videos.
-Managing the custom fitting department, building knowledge in all brand, including models, shafts and combinations.
-After care service, communications to customer after custom fittings, including quoting, ordering and aftersales.
-Confident in using all the technology at hand in The Tour Shed and the retail shop.
-Understand shop duties including order processing, tracking, booking in and pricing for all products in the shop.
-Perform re-grips and club repairs.
