ANNOUNCEMENT

After 7.5 years our lovely Veronica will be leaving ((BOUNCE)) Harpenden next month, her last class will be Tuesday 19th May. We will be going out for a farewell drink at The Plough & Harrow in Southdown after her class.

Your new Tuesday instructor will be Shannon. For those of you that don't know, Shannon is my youngest sister with over 5 years teaching experience. With as much energy as V (who knew that was even possible) trained in ((BOUNCE)) & BARBELLS with a wealth of knowledge all things ((B)) having run her own franchise business for 4 years you'll be in safe hands. Shannon will be teaching alongside V throughout May and taking over from 26th May.

V has been a huge part of ((BOUNCE)) Harpenden, she's been here since it's inception and I know it holds a special place in her heart. She gives 110% in every class and is fully invested in everyone's fitness journey, a fantastic instructor! Her first solo class picture is attached, I spy 2 attendees that still workout with us!

We will miss you dearly Veronica, don't be a stranger, come surprise us from time to time please 🙏🏻

A fresh New chapter
Spring is in full bloom and a time for new beginnings!

No Tuesday classes over the Easter break, they're back Tuesday 14th.

Did you know we have a sister venue in Wheathampstead with classes every Monday & Thursday evening.

Bank holiday ((BOUNCE)) is ON
Join Rachel & Charlotte 9-10 for an old skool party playlist to set you up for the bank holiday! This class is also child friendly so bring the little ones along too.

We also have a BEATS pop up class Thursday 23rd April!
Our percussion based workout uses drumsticks to attack the arms and upper body. 💃🏻 Featuring a mixture of cardio and toning, routines are performed on the trampoline, around the trampoline, lying, sitting and hitting the trampoline like a drum!💃🏻 Set to a lively carnival soundtrack, this class is all about joy, freedom and 45 minutes of rhythm and dance fitness! If you’re looking to work your entire body, shake off stress, embrace the party vibe, and leave feeling empowered and energized, THIS is the class for you! EVERYONE is welcome as we cater for all different abilities - COME AND GIVE BEATS A GO!

INTRODUCING ((BOUNCE)) Balance: our unique 45 minute body flow class combining yoga, pilates, and barre principles for a slower workout that really challenges your balance, core strength, flexibility and mobility.

We use the trampoline in different ways to train different muscle groups all while clearing the mind and finding your inner zen 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♂️

It's perfect for beginners that haven't tried our regular ((BOUNCE)) classes, or those who want to add some calmer mobility, flexibility and endurance work Into their fitness routine.

This is a pop up class, replacing Blast on Wednesday 28th only so make sure you come and give this wonderful body flow class a go!

We know how busy life is especially at the weekends, clubs, football & parties! We're moving our BLAST class to 7:15am. Wake up workout, get it done before your day gets busy. We want you to fit your fitness in and what better way to kickstart your weekend feeling energised & powerful.

Starting Saturday 17th January!

BLAST 7:15-8:00
BARBELLS 8:15-9:00

Morning workouts help kickstart metabolism, boost energy levels, and enhance focus, making you feel more productive throughout the day.
They can set a positive tone for the rest of the day by releasing endorphins, which improve mood and reduce stress.

Are you new to our page? Or maybe you've been here a while? Maybe you’ve tried ((BOUNCE)) once before and anxious to go back. Here’s some tips on how to get over that fear of joining a ((BOUNCE)) class!

✨ It can be scary walking into a group full of people who do the class every single week, so why not come with a friend or grab your bestie? Kids are also welcome to come, too! Remember, everyone's focus is on the instructor, so all eyes will be focusing forward rather than staring at you!

✨ Worried you’ll fall off?
Then don’t bounce as big. Step and tap, take it slower, and just do the arm movements until your feet get used to the trampoline surface. The reason it’s so important to have the unbalanced surface is to engage your core without you even realising!

✨ Worried you’ll wet yourself?
We all do it! Honestly! By using the trampoline, we are building up those pelvic floor muscles, so over time, that worry will be no more! So to solve this one - wear a pad and don’t let it stop you! 💪🏻

✨ Uncoordinated?
Who cares!! As long as you show up, give it a good go, and then you’re working out and helping your body! Who cares if you're out of time, flail those arms around, and don’t give two hoots about anyone else!

✨Have an injury?
Tell your instructor your worries, and we can advise you how to adapt each movement. Each workout is YOUR workout. So if you need to change the move slightly then do that! You don’t have to keep up or do exactly what we do. You know your limits, you know your body, so take our advice, and just get moving!
