If you have a PT/coach does that mean you should look like this at the end of your training sessions....?

The aim of the session is to get the best out of you, whether that means extra reps, increased weight in your lifts, moving faster, increased range of motion, flexibility, stability.. the list can go on and on!!
A lot of people have the perception that you need to be βfitterβ or βlose some weight firstβ before working with a coach or PT.... but why not start sooner so they can help you to do so in a more effective way?!
If itβs something youβve been thinking about then go for it and reach out to that coach or PT ππ»ββοΈ
