A prime example here of when you feel utter sh*te from an over indulgent bank holiday weekend and the last thing you want to do is move/exercise.... your mind will convince you it’s a bad idea, you can’t do it or that should take the day off. Trust me, once you get yourself moving your body and mind will thank you πŸ™

Even if you try something and don’t do as much as you intended... The only bad workout is the one you didn’t do πŸ‘Š (typical quote there but relevant right now lol) πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

Ps the run felt sh*t but i feel so much better for it πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

(However, Laura does cos she’s a savage/drama queen πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚)

The aim of the session is to get the best out of you, whether that means extra reps, increased weight in your lifts, moving faster, increased range of motion, flexibility, stability.. the list can go on and on!!

A lot of people have the perception that you need to be β€˜fitter’ or β€˜lose some weight first’ before working with a coach or PT.... but why not start sooner so they can help you to do so in a more effective way?!

If it’s something you’ve been thinking about then go for it and reach out to that coach or PT πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ
