🚨 MINI CHEF ACADEMY 👩🏻‍🍳

Holiday camp workshops run at Roundwood Park School during the summer holidays, offer activities to suit all children and all abilities.

The children will make a savoury based food item in the morning, have a lunch break and then make a sweet treat in the afternoon.

The classes are run by a fully qualified teacher and chef and use the fantastic facilities of the food technology kitchen at Roundwood Park School.

All ingredients are responsibility sourced and the children will have the opportunity to learn new skills and knowledge, make new friends and have lots of fun! Because of the nature of the activity this is predominantly for children age 7 to age 16.

🚨MAY HALF TERM 🚨

There is now less than 2 weeks until May Half Term and we are set for another bumper week of activities ranging from Circus Skills to Art.

APEX Multi-Sports are in the Primary School and offer a wide range of activities including Nerf Guns! They are offering an extra date on Thursday 21 May as the Primary School have an INSET Day.

Art Shed are also in the Primary School and have some exciting new projects including their space inspired "Life on Mars" painting!

Showtime Circus return with their holiday camps on Tuesday and Wednesday which are jam packed full of fun, including a full schedule of new activities, warm-ups, dance, poster designing and of course, the Showtime Showcase Finale!

Watford FC offer a great opportunity to develop Football skills for a wide range of ages and abilities!

Finally, we have the amazing Mini-Chef Academy run by Caroline, children get to learn basic cookery skills in a fun and safe environment, be sure to keep an eye on their page - Harpenden Mini Chef Academy.

Please note we will be closed on Monday 25th May and there will be NO Pay & Play that week but it will return in the summer holidays.

A sad day...Year 13 are enjoying their last day at Roundwood Park School today.

We will be losing 14 of our wonderful Sports Centre staff: Alfie, Anna, Arthur, Harvey, Izzi, Joe, Renee, Tom N, Arianne, George F, Megan, Rory, Hannah and Harlon.

Luckily, they will still be working over the summer before heading off on their chosen paths in September.

This does mean we are currently recruiting for some new staff to start with us next academic year!

This is open to all current RPS Year 11 and 12 students with the deadline of Wednesday 3rd June 2026.
