Movement that makes you feel amazing.

Transformational!

You can expect to strengthen, lengthen and tone. To stretch, relax and breathe.

I always play beautiful music, and my classes have a calm, relaxed and friendly vibe.

Every Body is welcome.

Q. DO YOU HAVE A PARTICULAR AREA OF SPECIALISM?

I teach Pilates matwork to Intermediate level.

I also have further training in Menopause, Small Equipment, Breathwork, Foam Roller and the Arc Barrel Spine Corrector.

Captain Hindsight: because everybody loves that person who tells them what they should have done, right?

Q. HOW WOULD YOUR FRIENDS DESCRIBE YOU IN 3 WORDS?

Energetic, Loud, Annoying,

Q. HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR JOB TO A FIVE-YEAR-OLD?

I am basically Batman but better.

Q. IN ONE WORD, HOW WOULD YOUR CLIENTS DESCRIBE YOUR CLASSES?

Amazing!

Q. WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM A SESSION WITH YOU?

A level of exercise tailored to you. Definitely a fun and exciting atmosphere. I always have epic playlists which will get everyone moving and grooving.

Q. DO YOU HAVE A PARTICULAR AREA OF SPECIALISM?

I love all aspects of my work, from reformer Pilates, personal training to injury rehabilitation. I specialise in injury rehabilitation alongside personal training and helping people be able to do the things they love.

My qualifications are:

Moving Medicine, Active Conversations Foundation Course
Advanced Deep Tissue Massage Diploma Course
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Diploma Course
