Back to school. Back to work. Back to boxing. 🥊🍂

We’re really looking forward to seeing everyone back at the club for the start of another autumn term.

We might be small compared with some boxing clubs, but year by year we’re evolving, changing and building something we’re proud of. Every new class, new face and returning member feels like another little step forward.

Looking forward to a new season, plenty more rounds, and seeing where it takes us.

Our boxing camps are open to all abilities, from complete beginners to those with previous experience. Sessions focus on fitness, boxing skills, confidence, discipline and having fun in a safe, friendly environment.

We’re running non-contact boxing camps this August for ages 7 to 15 – focused on fun, movement, and learning the basics of boxing. No experience needed. All welcome.

🔹 Ages 7–10
🗓️ Friday 8th August
🕘 9:15 AM – 3:30 PM
📍 Batford Memorial Hall

🔹 Ages 11–15
🗓️ Monday 4th & Wednesday 6th August
🕚 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM
📍 Lourdes Hall, Southdown

Expect a mix of pad work, games, drills, team challenges and a good atmosphere.
All sessions are non-contact and run by experienced, DBS-checked coaches.

We had a small turnout for yesterday's park run, but that didn’t stop us from making a big impact! 💪 These warriors helped raise £450 for Youth Talk, and with an additional £100 in Gift Aid, we reached an incredible £550! This means a young person could receive up to 11 counselling sessions, which could be life-changing. A massive shout out to the five volunteers who guided our runners through the track, and a HUGE shoutout to everyone who donated—you’re all absolute legends! 🙌 Your support means everything!
