We are a Jiu Jitsu Club based in Harlow. We welcome everyone to follow our club, so we can show you our achievements.

We are a Jiu Jitsu club based in Harlow. We offer you the opportunity to lean a martial art. If you are looking to learn something new, if that’s for keeping fit, or self-defence or just to make new friends, we could be the club for you. All of our instructors are qualified and have trained in the art for many years. Times and Locations
Monday GPCA Harlow
Junior class 6:30pm – 7:30pm
Adults Class

7.45pm -9.15pm

Tuesday GPCA Harlow

Your 1st lesson is free!!!! We ask that for your first few lesson to wear sports clothing or clothes that you don’t mind being pulled around in. We ask that you don’t wear jeans or clothes that may get ruined. We at Harlow Jiu Jitsu take you safety extremely seriously. Our safe guarding office is:
