☀️ Good morning everyone thought I’d upload another little motivational video!
🤕 I woke up this morning at 4:30, still carrying the weight of yesterday’s very heavy day. Had a cup of tea did some scrolling started to feel like s**t., almost talked to myself out of exercising again, but really glad I did for two reasons:
1. I feel so much better already, Exercise really is the best medicine 🙌🏻
2. I I did a PB on the chin ups, I call it a rage set 🤣 forms, not the best, and yeah, I did use the wall a little bit on the third one, but I don’t care cause I still did it 🙌🏻🤣 (the middle finger at the end is to my bad mood 🤣)
