Louise will be leading the first monthly peer support group for baby and pregnancy loss whether recent or historic as of tomorrow at Moot House Harlow in the cafe

This free, confidential support group is suitable for both Women and Men as we realise both can be affected by baby and pregnancy loss

The free group will be from 6.30pm - 8pm in the main house

Wow. It’s amazing to think 9 years ago today, we opened our doors in our then new premises at 116 the stow!
We have welcomed so many people through the doors and strive each day to keep those doors open, so that we can help those in need and help people improve their quality of life by reducing pain, increasing movement and toning their whole bodies safely and effectively.
We have helped build communities and groups of lovely friends, had many, many hours of laughter and chats; been a place where solitude and isolation for many living on their own, fade away. Been a place of physical repair when all other things have failed.

It has been an absolutely pleasure to own and run the Toning Tables (since 2013) and we look forward to much more of the same!!!
