I have been a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, ETM Instructor, Clubbercise, Step, Zumba, Zumba Toning, PiYo, Kettlebells, spinning, pilates and much more since 2010. I hold 2 Zumba Classes, more to follow soon...

Monday - Zumba Toning - 7-8pm
Wednesday - Zumba 7-8pm. Both classes are Suitable for all levels). Classes are held at Mark Hall Acamedy, First Avenue, Harlow, Essex, CM179LR
