Imperial Artistic Roller Skating Club

We cater for all skaters - from the young to the old! Tier 1 - This tier is for our recreational skaters who just want to come and have fun at the same time as learning basic skating skills. You will work through the GB Skate Artistic Grades and improve your skating ability as you go whilst being coached by one of our fab coaches. Tier 2 - This tier is when you move into the Competitive Squad and learn a deeper richer amount of skating skills. We will assist you with your competitive journey where you will represent Imperial Artistic at competitions against other clubs and athletes across the UK. Tier 3 - This is the top tier for competitive athletes. You will extend your competitive journey to challenge yourself by competing in the National British Championships and potentially being selected by GB Skate Artistic as part of Team GB to skate in European events or even the World Championships - There is no limit!!! Head Coach
Our Head Coach is Justin Wootten. Justin is a former international Athlete who has represented GB at every level culminating in the World Championships. As a multi time British Champion, he has extended himself further working with the GBSA in a number of roles. He is a Team GB Team Manager, one of the current Directors of GBSA and is the highest qualified coach in GB. He is a level 3 World Skate Dance Coach which is the highest coaching accolade that can be achieved. Justin is one of only two coaches to receive this accreditation in GB. Coach
Justine Jordan-Wootten
Justine is Justin's wife and was his Dance partner so has achieved the same heights as a competitor in the sport. Justine undertakes a number of key roles for GBSA and in the club such as Competition entries administrator and is the Child Protection officer. Coach
Amy Reed
Amy is a multi medal winning World Class skater - medalling a numerous National Competitions. For all of her skating career, Amy represented Team GB internationally, leading to her highest achievement of representing GB at the World Championships for Ladies Solo Dance. Amy is a whizz when it comes to programme choreography and helps construct the Freedance programmes as well as assiting with the technical aspects of dance skating.
