Medal Monday 🏅

At the weekend Innovation Multisport took part in Running, Hyrox and Swimming events! 🏃🏊‍♂️🏋️

A few of our members took part in the following events:
- Swim Serpentine. 🏊‍♀️🦆
This is a 2 mile swim around the Serpentine lake.

- Ingatestone 5. 🏃‍♀️
This a 5 mile run around Ingatestone.

- Nuclear Fit. 🏋️‍♂️💪
This is a trail run with obstacles and weights throughout.

Innovation Multisport took part in a few different running events this weekend.

This weekend a few of our runners took part in:
- Pleshey Half Marathon 🏃‍♀️
- Takeley 10k 🏃‍♂️🍁

Niall for getting a 10k PB! 🥳🎉

Big Congrats to Coach Kitson for Thorpe Park Triathlon. Coming 7th overall and 1st in his age category was a superb result! A 700m swim, 13.2mile cycle and a 5k run that was unfortunately cut down to 4k due to the delayed start. Well done on yet another great achievement! 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♂️

🩷💙Circuit du Sore Legs! Round and round the track for your chosen distance! 25 laps for 10k and 53 laps for a half marathon were completed by 10 of our members yesterday in some gloriously hot weather! Physically they all knew they could run the distance, this was all about the mental challenge. Your mind is a superpower. With the right Mindset, ANYTHING is possible! Brilliant results all round Well done everyone 👏 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🩷💙
