Harlech Beach Bike/Run Event 1st March
For over 20 years Harlech had a fantastic triathlon, which brought hundreds of people to Harlech for the event. Sadly, we no longer have a Pool but we still have the Beach….

The Beach Bike/Run on 1st March is our new event. This is being supported by Welsh Triathlon, as part of their Tri’r Ddewi / Tri Dewi celebration.

We have a new bike/run event on Harlech Beach, which is part of Welsh Triathlon's Tri Dewi celebration. It will be a 3k bike followed by 2k run. Any bike with off road tyres will be suitable - the route will be on hard sand. Put it in your diary. Information on how to enter soon.

Our next fundraising event is on Saturday 22.02.25 where we will have 'Train Wreck' live in the Memorial Hall from 8pm. Tickets from Seasons and Reasons, high street, Harlech or Morfa Stores, Beach Road, Harlech £5.00.

Snowdonia Sea2Sky 3rd August Club Discount & Volunteer Outreach

I’m Katie - the volunteer coordinator for RunThrough Trails. We are very excited to be coming to Barmouth for the Snowdonia Sea2Sky 25k & 53k on the 3rd August 2024!!

Whenever we come to an area (especially with a new event) we always try to connect with local running clubs and collaborate with the local community as much as possible. First of all, we’d like to offer your club a discount code that anyone in the club can use if this is something that you’d like to take us up on. Also, we are always on the look out for people who could be interested in volunteering and supporting all of the runners taking part to have the best experiences of our events possible (runners, spectators, volunteers, course marshals and aid station marshals alike!) which often is helped so much when those supporting them have that first hand experience of taking part in races of this nature.

Do you think any of your club members might be keen to get involved?

There are various roles where people can help out so usually there will be something of interest for everyone and as a thank you to anyone who volunteers with us we give a generous rewards package.

If anyone in your club would be interested please direct them my way on email at [email protected] or I would be more than happy to have a chat with you if you would like to get any larger numbers of club members involved and we could coordinate more centrally.
