Tough day at the office for the lads today, despite a lot of chances to score the ball didn’t quite get over the line. After multiple shots cleared off the line and saved or just a fraction off we fell behind to a counter attack goal not long before half time.

Second half started a little brighter and again being the team on the upper hand, pushing for an equaliser unfortunately cost us again with a second for the hosts.

After a great result last week to top of the league this would have a been a great step forward but Queen in the west came off the better today.

Away at Plough Bracebridge today, but not a great performance from us.
Plough took the lead but we quickly came back making it 1-1 going into half time.
Unfortunately we couldn’t get a rhythm in the second half and ended up giving away 2 penalties and conceding another goal making it 4-1.
We had some good chances but today wasn’t our day.

A great performance all around from the lads today to beat League leaders North Kyme FC 4-1

Started the game really well being the better team and taking the lead. To be knocked back by a goal for the visitors but second half proved to be the better half for us. A lot of pressure from the visitors saw us break away and get 2 penalties to help seal the victory.

Onto next week away to Queen in the west.
