The seated dumbbell shoulder press πŸ”‹

- Simple but effective
- Keep arms at 30-45 degrees to the body to avoid shoulder injuries
- Control the weight throughout the motion maintaining tension at all times
- Mind to muscle connection is key - Think about what muscle you are trying to work!

3 sets of 8-10 reps will have your shoulders on πŸ”₯

If the 10th rep is too easy then it’s time to increase that weight πŸ’ͺ🏼
