“How have you managed to keep growing for so long?”
The honest answer?
We’ve never tried to be someone we’re not.
Yes, we’ve continued to grow and adapt as the fitness industry has evolved over the last 11 years. Coaching looks very different today than it did when we started in 2015.
Technology has changed.
Social media has changed.
The way people consume information has changed.
But we’ve never lost sight of who we are and what we believe good coaching should look like.
In a world where it’s easy to chase trends, copy what everyone else is doing or create a version of yourself for social media, we’ve always believed authenticity matters.
What you see online is exactly who we are in person.
No fake lifestyles.
No pretending to have all the answers.
No trying to be the loudest people in the room.
Just two coaches who genuinely care about helping people improve their health, fitness and confidence.
The reality is, we still love what we do.
We still get excited when a client checks in with a big win.
We still celebrate every milestone, whether that’s losing weight, getting stronger, improving health markers or simply feeling happier in their own skin.
And yes…
We still get frustrated when clients don’t do the things they’ve told us they want to do. Not because we’re angry, but because we care and know what they’re capable of.
Over the last 11 years we’ve learned that coaching isn’t just about training plans and nutrition.
It’s about relationships.
It’s about trust.
It’s about understanding people.
It’s about being there through the highs and the lows.
The fitness industry has changed a lot since 2015, but one thing hasn’t changed…
Our belief that good coaching can genuinely change someone’s life.
We’re incredibly grateful that after all these years we still get to wake up every day and do something we love.
And just as grateful that we’ve managed to build a business that supports our family while helping other people improve theirs.
Because let’s be honest…
Kids are expensive 🤪
