Another year indoors, my first indoor competition at the Masters Inter Area Counties Match at the Lee Valley Athletics Centre and a win it was with 14.33mtr.
Consistent 14's was the key, but a little rusty. I think there will be many more advances as the season opens up, just a few tweaks to iron out & I'll be firing on all cylinders.

A bit late, but I was back in the circle today with a very rusty approach. Slow is a good start in finding your feet & rhythm, which is what this discus is about. There are lots of little things I didn't feel in this video, but they are things which in my opinion are vital in speed, transition & balance. More to come - watch this space.🙏🏾😊
