Have you tried The Hampton Metcon Class with Bonnie yet?!
Tuesday evenings 6-7pm

Bonnie has been delivering this banger of a class, bringing us Metabolic conditioning where she blends strength training and body weight exercises with cardio and core work! Sheesh!

The class is live on the Fitsense booking app for both members and non-members and if you like it we will look to make it a regular fixture, so get in quick!

Our final hybrid fitness event of 2026 awaits!

Join us for Hampton DEKA on 7th or 8th November if you'd like to test yourself, have fun based around fitness, or maybe push for a place at the world championships - our supportive carnival atmosphere accommodates for you all.

More accessible than some other challenges, a Hampton DEKA feels like an outing with friends more than a battle for first place!
