After four incredible years coaching at I’ve had the privilege of watching the club grow and evolve into the fantastic hybrid training centre it is today.

Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to coach so many amazing people through Burn sessions, strength training, and the club’s hybrid fitness journey, from the first HYROX events to seeing members become competitive across a range of hybrid fitness races. I’ve also loved teaching calisthenics and helping members achieve milestones they once thought impossible, from their first muscle-up to mastering handstands.

It’s been an absolute blast, filled with hard work, great community, challenges, and incredible achievements. While it’s sad this chapter is closed, I’m also excited for the next chapter coaching and rehabbing clients at

Thank you to everyone who have made the last four years so memorable. I’m incredibly grateful for the support, friendships, and memories, and I’m excited to see the club continue to thrive in the years ahead. 💚

Jumping on this trend as elite gymnastics shaped so much of who I am as an adult and will always be a part of me 🤸🏻‍♀️. It gave me my love for challenging myself, seeing what my body can do, being upside down 🤪 and wanting to be strong 💪

It also gave me my extremely high standards (often too high), a determined mindset, constant injuries and niggles 😔, and definitely an all-or-nothing approach to things 😬

But honestly, I wouldn’t change my childhood for anything 🤩

In such a hectic adult life, I’m learning that balance is important too and that something will always be better than nothing 🙌🏼💪🏼

Currently have limited space for 1:1 and Online Coaching , whether that’s building confidence with lifting, wanting a structured programme, or learning skills like handstands and muscle ups.

✨ Friday Night Lights – Manchester Team Relay ✨

Adrenaline, Glow lights. Unreal atmosphere. E15s absolutely flying past us on the track 🏃‍♀️🔥

We went in just to have fun and honestly, that’s exactly what we did 👌. Running a lap after the event gave the relay a totally different feel compared to last one in Olympia 🥵.

Team all did so well finishing 6th 💥🙌🏼👏🏼
Really happy with how my two events went, with Lunges 🍑: 3rd in our relay category (23/71 female teams overall) and 💪 Sled pull: 4th (29/71).

Loved it, but now no more events for a while to focus on a consistent block of training and purely getting strong ❤️🔥. A year of no injuries would be amazing please🙏🏻 🤞🏼

Unexpected result, Deka Strong with 1st Co-Ed Team🥇 | 1st Co-Ed Age Cat 🥇 | 2nd Overall 🥈 out of all the 25 Teams! 💪🏼

Missed out on the Deka Mile & Strong earlier this year after dislocating my shoulder, so this was the perfect challenge to wrap up the year!

Huge thanks to Dan for jumping in last minute as Stephen had to pull out.

We went in with no real plan, just to have a bit of fun, see how we felt, and split the stations as needed. A little bit of chaos, but we smashed it! 🔥

Looking forward to more fitness fun tomorrow with Becky for the Deka Mile 👌Hopefully the rain stays away! 🙏🏻

HYROX SOLO Birmingham 2025 ✅

Not the result I wanted, almost 15 minutes slower than my first solo in 2023, and just felt off from the start. Being sick after the warm-up and nearly fainting after the sled push definitely wasn’t part of the race plan. Not sure if it was too much fluid too close to the start or a gel that didn’t sit right, but from that point on it was pure survival mode. 🤢

Still crossed that finish line, and that was my only goal for this one. 🙌🏼

Time to rebuild, get back to consistent training, and re-find the love for fitness that’s been missing for a bit. No full HYROX races for a while just focusing on getting stronger again. 💪🔥

My turn for the DEKA FIT sim today 💪

Really enjoyed this one with the shorter intervals throughout! Still a tough race, and those jelly legs on the last run after the sleds were real 🫠 but so good to get a feel for the race. Great teamwork

Deadly Dozen Track Race ✅ 12 x 400m + 12 labours in between (8 hitting mainly upper body ). (53:38)

First Hybrid Racing event back since dislocating my shoulder 6 months ago 🙌 Fitness still very much a work in progress (especially after a weeks all-inclusive 😅) but just getting back out there was a win today 🙌🏻. Happy with the time we achieved too.

Feb was made interesting! Setbacks suck—but they also bring opportunity. 🙌🏻

Did I want to train this month with so many restrictions? Not at all. But was I about to let a dislocated shoulder break six years of Myzone consistency? Absolutely not. Motivation comes and goes, but discipline carries you through. Setbacks happen, but quitting isn’t an option.

Dislocating my shoulder again was frustrating, but it showed me exactly what I’d been missing for too long, consistent strength training. Life, work, and Hyrox took priority, but my hypermobile body 100% needs more strength work to stay injury-free. Out of my 4 shoulder dislocations (2 each side now), every single time strength work had been inconsistent. Lesson learned ✅.

But this isn’t just about recovery, it’s a reset. An opportunity to slow down, rebuild from the ground up, fix imbalances, and work on weaknesses that I’ve ignored for too long. This time, I’m coming back stronger, more balanced, and better prepared than before.

Rebuilding. Refocusing. Making sure this never happens again. Let’s go. 🔥
