What do marshals actually do on race day?👀

Quite a lot, as it turns out😅

Helping people get checked in, answering last-minute questions, making sure nobody heads off in the wrong direction, offering encouragement when the going gets tough, helping keep everyone safe... and many more things in between.

They’re also the friendly faces bringing the atmosphere, celebrating every finisher and handing out those well-earned medals at the end🏅

A huge thank you to all of our marshals.

New Forest on Sunday 5th July🏴‍☠️

Open water swim at Ellingham Waterski Lake,
riding through the New Forest with wild ponies around you,
and a quiet countryside run to finish it off💚
