You've tried it all🥱
Eating healthy
Started running
Bought a gym membership
Eat less ice cream
Drink less alcohol
75 hard was too intense
None of it worked 🙅🏼♀️
Why?
Answer these questions for me:
⏰️ How long did you stick with it?
⚖️ Were you at least 80% consistent with it?
🙌🏼 Did you have anyone other than yourself to keep you accountable?
🤍 Did you honestly believe in yourself that you could do it?
Let me explain 👇🏼
The process of fat loss scientifically is, in fact, extremely simple
But there are so many factors that can throw you off, and most people don't know how to handle them
They see it as a reason to give up, then get mad when they see no results
⏰️ TIME - you can't tick all the boxes for 7 days and expect to see 10kg gone, it doesnt happen overnight. It takes time
⚖️ Being 'good' Monday to Friday and then doing whatever the fu*k you want at the weekend... again, it doesn't work. Yes, balance is necessary, but the results you want will come with some sacrifice
🙌🏼 If you told yourself you would start this journey but kept that information to yourself... it makes it REALLY easy to give up when it goes wrong, because who's going to know you failed if they never knew you started. Accountability can come from telling a friend or hiring a coach. It's not the only way you'll see results. However, it does stop you from giving up too early
🤍 Before you start, you have to believe you are capable. If you tell yourself from day 1 that it might not work out, you're already telling yourself you won't do it. The negative energy is setting you up for failure - cut it out
So, yes, you may have tried everything, but you didn't actually give it your everything 🤷🏼♀️
There's a difference.
If you're ready to finally go all in, drop me a message, and let's stop the fear of failing
