Most people assume they fail because they lack motivation but that’s not really the issue.
After 15 years in the fitness industry, I’ve noticed it comes down to a few simple habits and systems that most people overlook.
Things like how you structure your week, how you approach ‘non-perfect’ days, and what you rely on when you don’t feel like training… that’s usually what decides whether you stay consistent or fall off track.
Once you understand this, staying lean becomes far less about motivation and much more about what you’ve set up in your day-to-day life.🖤
