Motivation is a feeling and an emotion that is triggered by our environment, the people around us, by love and by our own behaviour.
We should not rely on motivation as a sole source of dependence for success.


WHY? ....Because it’s too unreliable, it will come and go.


Discipline is what we all need in order to grow, to develop, to progress. Just like children, they thrive from structure, routine and DISCIPLINE!
So why not try to give yourself structure, routine and discipline in your daily life. 🤔😇.

Fridays are for pancakes 🥞.

Don’t be fooled by the indulgent appearance of this stack of chocolatey, gooey, yumminess. They are just as healthy as my normal smoothie. 😋💚.

Protein packed, high in nutrients, low in fat and low in calories...BUT most importantly of all.....BLOODY DELICIOUS 🤤😍.

Here’s the recipe which you can thank me for later:

•2 Scoops Herbalife F1 Chocolate
•1 Scoop Herbalife PDM
•2 Eggs
•A splash 💦 of milk 🥛👌🏻.

Fry up in a small amount of coconut oil. Stack them up and top them with chocolate sauce (4 Scoops Herbalife Rebuild chocolate).
Finish & make pretty with some optional:
Sliced strawberries 🍓 and
Chocolate 🍫 shavings
