We’re inviting mainstream senior judoka aged 14+ from clubs across the area to join us for
a morning of Newaza, Randori and plenty of mat time! 🔥

📅 Saturday 26th September 2026
⏰ 10am - 12pm
📍 Whitehill Neighbourhood Centre, Hamilton
🥋 Newaza & Randori focus
👥 Open to judoka from all clubs, sizes & skill levels
⚠️ Not suited for beginners
✅ Valid Judo membership required

Our café will also be open for refreshments! ☕️
