Without being physically with us, this package is full of tools and digital real time support to ensure you achieve whatever your goal is! You will receive programmes and guidance the equivalent of 3 x 1 hour personal training sessions per week.

What can you expect...

☑ An initial video or phone consultation.
☑ Access to the CL Fitness online training portal that will house your workouts, videos and check-in functionality.
☑ Programmes for 3 x 1 hour sessions per week.
☑ Weekly check-ins with Chris to ensure you're still on track and no adjustments need made.
☑ A 10 minute video call every month to answer questions with example (and for some face to face time!)
☑ Access to our library of documents and videos that includes, guided yoga tutorials, recipes, quick home workouts, lifestyle hints & tips, and discounts for various services and products within the wellness sector.
