There are a number of ladies Curling Clubs which play during the day at Hamilton but there are very few daytime opportunities for gents curling other than as part of a team entry to the West of Scotland or Seniors Leagues.
East Kilbride & Haremyres Curling Club (EKHCC) are looking to hold a gents competition next season where individuals enter and teams are drawn prior to the start of the season.
To ensure sufficient numbers to make this a worthwhile competition, the club would like to invite members of other clubs to take part. There will be no requirement to pay a membership fee to EKHCC if you wish to take part and the proposal is that games will be at 12.15pm on Thursdays.
Hopefully this will be of interest and If you would like to take part or would like further information, please email club secretary Jim Strang at [email protected] with your name and preferred position.
