Over the passed couple weeks there seems to have been a lot of shade thrown at certain “styles” of training 😅
I’d say the majority of it is done in jest and is just a bit of banter - but a few of the post seem a bit deeper than that 😂
Either way don’t let someone’s opinion on Instagram if different ways of training stop you from trying them if you think you’d enjoy it!
So if you fancy trying CrossFit, bodybuilding, hyrox etc then just go for it!

At the end of the day we all train for enjoyment so if that’s what you enjoy - and are able to do so - then do it!
