Please welcome our newest Personal Trainer, Emma Steele.

Emma has a hybrid approach to her own training, combining strength, running, and Hyrox. She has also qualified to compete at the Hyrox World Championships in Stockholm next month!

Her diary is now open for new clients, so if you’re looking to improve your performance, build strength, or hit some new PB’s, get in touch with Emma.
