โจ Doors will be locked promptly for class starting, as the studio is upstairs we unfortunately cannot disrupt the class to leave and allow entry to late arrivals

โจ We have changing facilities and a shower (if youโre planning to shower we just ask that youโre mindful of time. If thereโs a class scheduled after yours, youโll need to leave the studio before it begins)

โจ You are welcome in any of our classes! We offer options throughout and thereโs a mix of experience levels in every session, so you wonโt feel out of place
โจ Our hot classes can feel more intense due to the added heat, so if youโre feeling a little nervous about that you might prefer to start with one of our unheated classes
โจ If youโre exploring yoga, Slow Flow or Restore are gentler-paced and can feel especially supportive for your first visitโฆ that said, youโll always be guided and looked after in whichever class you choose

(please note that timetable classes are not specifically prenatal and so there may be some postures unsuitable, but our instructors will advise what to avoid and provide modifications to suit)
