Getting your goal isn’t always about the gym😱
I know people harp on about the gym and as much as I agree it is beneficial for you in every way, there are a few exceptions
One for someone just starting out say the goal is to loose weight, the main thing to start that process is to move more it’s that simple the more u move the more you burn.
If your an anxious person then sometimes the gym can feel a very daunting place therefore going a walk can sometimes be a nice way to gain confidence make yourself feel better and still work towards your goal.
Another reason could genuinely just be a change of scenery to stop yourself getting board even the biggest fitness fanatic would agree it’s nice to try a new gym a new scene go a walk rather than the treadmill, it keeps it interesting.
Again for someone who is anxious or lacks the confidence to go to a gym maybe moving more I.e walking more is a great place to start along with home workouts and then progressively make your way into the gym.
Not to mention the many benefits to fresh air and exercise so move more go out doors you don’t always need a gym no excuses if you need some help I’m always a Message away
The best thing I have ever herd and stand by however is “ the person who steps in a gym regardless of what they do is already doing more than 90% of people in this world just by going through that door” the biggest hurdle
