Hamilton Function Rooms Accies Functions have begun taking bookings for weddings, christenings, anniversaries, birthdays, en Face masks and visors are available upon request.

Boasting a 240 fully seated venue that will be capped to 84 for the time being due to social distancing measures, each function will be staffed with a fully trained Social Distancing Marshall who will be on hand to offer continuous advice and guidance in order to keep you and your guests safe at all times whilst attending any function. To further safeguard all persons attending any Accies Function

at the stadium, we have introduced a mandatory Track and Trace procedure, meaning all attendees are required to provide a phone number and email address should we be required to make contact if the need arises. This is not an optional process and if anyone chooses not to provide the required information, then they are respectfully asked not to attend any Accies Function. For your information we will be employing the 1 metre social distancing rule, which is only manageable should the aforementioned rules be abided by, and this should be adhered to at all times when in the stadium. All attendees are requested to make use of the numerous hand sanitise stations that are located throughout the stadium. We are hopeful that our newly modernised function suite will help play a part in bringing our community safely out of lockdown but the congregating of people from multiple households together does not come without it’s own risks and we at Accies Functions make no apologies for the strict social distancing policies that are in place, they are for the safety of all staff and visitors who attend a function at Accies.
