It's been a weekend of celebrations for Hamble Hockey Club 🏆

On Sunday our Youth Section had their final training session and held their end of season awards!

Congratulations to all of the young people for a brilliant 2025/2026 season, especially those who won an award:

U8 most improved - Sammy
U8 player - Dylan
U10 most improved - Livvy
U10 player - Kate
U12 most improved - Erin
U12 player - Lyla
U14 most improved - Freddie
U14 player - Harvey

We are down to the final 2 training sessions of the season and we are always keen to welcome new players.

Who is it for?

🏑 Children from 8-16 years of age

🏑 We offer fun coaching sessions for all on a Sunday morning

🏑 No previous experience necessary - but great if you have played before

🏑 No special gear needed - wear trainers and dress for sport, bring water and if you happen to have shin pads and a gum shield, bring those as well

🏑 If you decide you like playing, our team play at local friendly tournaments held with other Hampshire hockey junior teams during the season (we provide kit)

🏑 Only £20 a month, first couple of training sessions are free.

We train at Hamble Hockey Club, based at Hamble Secondary School every Sunday from 10-12, ending Sunday 26th April and we'll be back training in September.

Pop along a little before 10am to meet with the team.

It's the final fixture of the season, a home game for our ladies 1's. If you are able to pop down and support they would love to hear your words of encouragement from the sideline.
