First and foremost, thank you for visiting my page. I hope that it can provide you with inspiration, ideas and knowledge to assisting you on your personal journey. Remember, fitness should be fun and it is; you just have to find your path and reason! My passion for fitness grew from childhood and it was a natural transition from the multiple sports I played growing up. It was of such an interest t
hat I took to studying Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Exeter and, in addition, completed my Level 3 Personal Training Qualification. In addition to Personal training I am a Level 3 BASI Ski Instructor. Fortunate enough to start at the age of 3, I never thought it would result in a desire to help others on the mountains. It has since developed in to such a joy and I look forward to the journey it will now take me on. When things have been tough or I have been in a ‘dark place’, the one constant that has always got me through is ‘Fitness’…being active... moving…the desire to be better. The benefits of this go way beyond just the obvious aesthetics, but also the positive impacts on mind-set, health and confidence – you gotta love those endorphins! It has taken me many years to decipher my purpose and ambitions and have the confidence to get this page together and start. I still have goals and dreams I wish to reach and things to figure out, but I am ready to get going and share this journey here whilst also helping others with theirs. I am proud of how far I have come, what I have achieved and what my future holds. Now, let’s Blaise that trail to our goals!
