Seeing all of your reviews honestly means the world to me. 🤍

Some of my lovely ladies haven’t left one yet, but I wanted to share a few because I’m so incredibly grateful for every kind word and every bit of support.

People don’t always realise how much supporting a small business helps. Something as simple as writing a review only takes a few minutes, but it can make such a huge difference. It helps other people see the impact Pilates can have not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

Even sharing a post, liking, commenting, or recommending my classes to a friend helps more than you know.

To all my OG clients and every single person who has supported my journey so far… thank you. I’m so grateful to grow alongside you and support you in your Pilates, strength, confidence, and wellbeing journey. ✨

I appreciate every single one of you. 🤍

One powerful thing I’ve learned as a Pilates instructor is that “more advanced” doesn’t always mean faster, bigger, or more complicated movements.

It doesn’t have to mean constantly changing the sequence or cramming loads of exercises into one session.

Sometimes progression actually looks like slowing down.
Taking more care with your posture.
Making sure your alignment is correct.
Checking that your knees are stacked over your hips, your core is engaged, and you’re truly connecting to each movement with awareness.

Yes, progression can mean more reps… but it can also mean reducing rest time, improving control, deepening your breathwork, and moving with intention.

There’s something incredibly powerful about slowing down enough to really feel every muscle working and engaging.

Whether you’re practising at home or in class, remember:
advanced movement isn’t always about doing more sometimes it’s about doing the basics better. ✨

Breath, control, alignment, awareness. That’s where the magic is.

I don’t train or teach for “right now me” anymore.
I train & teach for future me and you!

The me who wants to still feel light in her body.
Still strong in her spine.
Still able to move with energy, not effort.

Pilates isn’t just exercise.
It’s energy creation.
It’s circulation.
It’s nervous system reset.
It’s teaching your body: you are not slowing down, you are building up.

And honestly… I don’t want to wait until I “need” it.

I want to arrive there already prepared.

So I move now for the version of me I haven’t met yet.

Future me is watching.
And I want her to say:
“Thank you for starting early.” How about you??

Some days feel heavier than others… and when you’re in it, even the smallest things can feel like a lot.

But gentle movement — even just a few stretches, a short walk, or a slow Pilates flow — can begin to shift something.

It’s not about “fixing” everything.
It’s about creating a little space.

Movement helps to:
• release built-up tension in the body
• support your mood through natural endorphins
• bring you out of your head and back into your body
• remind you that you’re still here, still moving, still capable

You don’t need a full workout.
You don’t need motivation first.

Just start small.
Breathe. Move. Feel.

And let that be enough for today 🤍

Don’t stop moving 🤍

Even when it feels slow… even when you’re not sure it’s working yet — keep going.

Start to tune into how your body feels rather than how it looks. That strength, that connection, that shift… it builds quietly.

I’ve felt it myself — little by little, Pilates really does change you. The small tweaks, the deeper strength, the way you carry yourself.

Just begin. Stay with it.
You’ll feel amazing for it after ✨

Because Pilates builds stability from the ground up. 🌿
By strengthening the hips, glutes, and core, it takes pressure off the knees — improving alignment, balance, and ease of movement.

Research shows consistent Pilates practice can:
✨ Reduce knee pain and stiffness
✨ Improve strength in the quadriceps (key knee stabilizers)
✨ Enhance balance and confidence when moving

It’s gentle, sustainable, and effective — especially for those managing osteoarthritis or long-term discomfort.

Reference: Systematic review — Pilates improves knee function and reduces pain in people with osteoarthritis (Journal of Bodywork & Movement Therapies, 2023).
