Bounce Halstead and Earls Colne ((BOUNCE)) fitness classes. 10 minutes is the same as a 30 minute run! FUN. FRIENDLY. FIERCE Did you know, that’s just 4% of your day…..

After 45 minutes of incredibly fun but fierce cardio, we end the class with 15 minutes of toning including a stretch & cool-down. We work on our arms, abs and glutes, all using the trampoline as apparatus. Each week, your muscles get stronger, your ability to push yourself becomes greater and you will quickly see improvements to the strength & muscular tone of your body. ((BOUNCE)) delivers a full

body work out in the most fun & friendly environment - all in 60 minutes! So if you’ve not tried a class, come and join us when we reopen in May. Drop us a message with any questions and we’ll be very happy to help.

Hey Team. 👋🏻

So, we’ve had our last classes at Halstead & Earls Colne and our doors are now closed. 😔

I just wanted to pop on and say thank you, to everyone who has attended over the last 7+ years, it’s been a pleasure and a privilege to be your instructor. 🩷

Thank you also, to all the incredible instructors who have taught for me over the years. You are all amazing! 💜

And last but not least, thank you to Jax and Jules who always went above and beyond, bringing the FUN, FRIENDLY & FIERCE to your classes, week in and week out! Legends! 🩵

It was never just an exercise class. It was a safe & social space, a warm welcome was given to all, special friendships have been made and I hope these carry on even though our ((BOUNCE)) journey has come to an end. ♥️

If you’d still like to ((BOUNCE)), you can join Jax at Bounce Coggeshall on Thursdays & Sundays.
And Jules teaches in Bounce Witham on Thursdays. I’m sure they’d love to see you there.

Ladies, what can I say, it’s been a blast!!

What an amazing last class in Halstead tonight, I worked you hard for the final ((B)) Halstead 💪🏼😢 and you pushed through every track 🙌🏼

I’ve met some amazing friends this last 18 months, thank you 🙏🏼 for making me feel welcome in them first few weeks.

I’ll miss you all and the fun we have on a Wednesday evening.

Thank you Sam Norburn for taking me into team Halstead, I’ve loved every single moment of it 💕

🏖 It's gonna be hot, hot, hot all week....... so top tips if you are attending a ((BOUNCE)) class this coming week....👇

🌞 Drink lots of water throughout the day today to keep you hydrated in preparation for class

🌞 Drink little sips of water throughout class to avoid stitches

🌞 Please make sure to bring plenty of water with you

🌞 To reduce the intensity push less hard through the feet and tap it out if you need to, or take the bounce out 👍

🌞 You don't have to wait for the break, if you want to have a moment to re charge you can do so, it's YOUR workout so take it to the level that's most comfortable for you 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️

🌞 Bring a sweat towel

🌞 Pop a flannel in the freezer pre class, then pop into a container or sandwich bag just before class and bring it with you to help stay cool 😎

It’s our last week of classes, I’d love to see some of your lovely faces before we close our doors. ♥️

How are we feeling after that one? I'm still trying to get my breath back and haven't found the strength to use the hairdryer yet!!

You ladies work so hard - and always have a smile on your face (even when you realise that the jog track has a round 4!!!)

You were fabulous - thanks for getting me back to it after my break - you kept me motivated the whole way through!!
