Am amazing 755 calories burnt in tonight's class! Well done everybody, we really ramped it up tonight! We finished off our 'slicey' dance and started to learn another new one, there's just no stopping us 💪 😉 🕺 see you all next week for our last class before the Christmas break 👍 😊

Hello everyone! We are back to our normal venue tomorrow night. We have the rest of our new 'slicey' dance to learn and with only three more classes left before Christmas, we will burn those calories ready for treats during the festive season! Really looking forward to seeing you all :-)
