The U15s Girls Halstead Town football team have got the opportunity to play a match at the HTFC Stadium at Rosemary Lane this coming Sunday (30th April). We’d love it if you could come along and support the girls - not only to fill the stadium and give them a great experience but also to raise the profile of girls football in the town. It’s free to enter. Everyone welcome. Kickoff is at 2 pm. The bar will be open to buy drinks. All we ask is for an hour of your time to support the team - and to bring your cheering voices! See you there 😊

Coaches comments:

Brilliant today the girls had the right attitude, fight, effort and discipline in the match. Training drills on Fridays are starting to show in the play now and we’re getting the efforts on goal which we haven’t had much of this season. Really proud of the girls great performance let’s take the same attitude into next week and hopefully another three points.

Sadly a loss for the girls, the score line definitely didn’t reflect the game play and effort. Plenty of chances but unfortunately none of them resulted in a Goal for us ⚽️
