Soccer Elite is a specialist football coaching resource that has been running freelance independent coaching sessions in different forms for over 20 years. Originally formed in the summer of 2000, when founder and Coach Mark Brier had the idea of bridging the gap between junior clubs and professional clubs. Mark decided that he wanted to specialise in coaching smaller groups and he decided to form
Soccer Elite, with a focus on the technical development of players, after working successfully as a Manager in Semi-Professional football, firstly at Liversedge and latterly Brighouse Town, winning promotion in his second season. As well as playing a huge part in developing Girls’ football, initially at West Riding FA headquarters for 3 years and latterly, running the North Bradford Craven area’s County FA endorsed Girls’ Player Development Centre at Marley ACC in Keighley on Monday evenings. Mark has also been working for the FA as a Coach Mentor and is still sought after by Grass Roots clubs to help develop their coaching staff.
