Peak Online Fitness ONLINE COACH: Hi im Aiden. I’ve worked in the fitness industry for 15 years. I specialise in fat loss, body transformation and body confidence🙂

Christmas is 15 weeks away.

Now, that probably seems like a long time, but just think about how quickly the last 15 weeks have gone.

Now, in that amount of time, you can make a massive difference to how you look and how you feel.

You can feel better in your clothes.

You can get your confidence back.

You can lose body fat and build muscle.

You can head into Christmas finishing the year strong, feeling proud of what you’ve achieved, rather than writing the rest of the year off and starting again in January like everybody else.

You don’t need 15 perfect weeks.

You just need to start stacking up better ones. So this is the question.

If you started tomorrow, what’s the one thing that you’d love to have changed by Christmas?

Those 15 weeks are going to pass anyway, so you can either stay where you are, make a sh*tload of progress, or end up in a worse position than you’re actually in now.

Comment the one thing you’d like to change by Christmas 🎄

If you feel like you’ve tried everything, I get why starting again doesn’t exactly fill you with confidence.

Another diet.

Another training plan.

Another promise that THIS time will be different.

You go all in.

Things start well.

Then work gets busy, the kids need you, you miss a couple of sessions, have a weekend away…

And slowly you’re back where you started.

So eventually you decide:

“Nothing works for me.”
But maybe that’s not true.
This is exactly what my clients used to do

Maybe you’ve just never had something built around YOUR actual life.

Because a plan shouldn’t only work when you can train 5 days a week, prep every meal and hit your macros perfectly.

It should work when life gets messy too.

That’s where consistency is actually built.

And if you’ve spent months doing nothing because you’re convinced you’ve tried everything…

Ask yourself one question:

Is doing nothing getting you where you want to be?

You don’t need another quick fix.

You need something you can finally stick to.

Okay, guys. So this week, one of my most consistent clients has had a bit of a rough week, and she’s left me this lovely message at the back end of her check-in. She’s had a rough week, but she has still nailed her steps, she’s nailed her water, and she’s nailed her nutrition.

Now, the thing that she suffered with is her training. Her training has suffered. She’s been down on weight, she’s been down on reps and down on sets, and the reason, hormones.

And this is gonna happen to a lot of women out there, and if it doesn’t, you’re very, very lucky. And this lady has incredibly high standards, so if anything changes or she sees a dip in form, it will get into her head, and it’s got into her head this week.

Now, this is where coaching comes in because there are times when clients need to be pushed, they need a rocket up their ass, but there’s also times where they need a bit of an arm around them and a bit of a metaphorical cuddle.

Now, I will push and push and push this lady to the max because I know what she’s capable of, and so does she, and that’s exactly what she wants. She wants to be pushed.

But this week was definitely not a time to be pushing. It was definitely a time for putting an arm around her, reassuring her that everything’s all right.

This hormonal shift is going to change, and things will soon be back to normal.

And lo and behold, by Saturday, everything was back to normal. She was back to her old self and absolutely fine.

I gained 11kg muscle

I gained 11 kilos of muscle, but this is the bit that people don’t want to hear.
It took me nearly two years, and this is where I think people’s expectations around building muscle are completely wrong.

Because with fat loss, you tend to see things quite quickly. You eat less, you move more, you train consistently, you keep everything pretty strict and tight, and the scales start to move, and your clothes start to feel different, and you can noticeably see those changes in the mirror.

But building a genuinely noticeable amount of muscle takes time.

You’re slogging it out in the gym, you’re trying to get stronger, you’re trying to get those extra reps, you’re staying on top of your food, you’re trying to get enough food in, you’re trying to hit your protein target, you’re trying to recover properly.

And then sometimes you’ll look in the mirror and you’ll barely see a change.
You might not see any change at all. And this is the part where people tend to go wrong, because they’ll start thinking they need to change the program, they might need to change the food, they might need to do some fancy exercise.

But in reality, they’ve just not given it enough time, and this is what I used to do myself.

These changes took me years, not 8 weeks, not 12 weeks.

So if you are trying to build muscle, eat properly, train hard, train smart, recover properly, and be patient and give it time.

How long have you been stuck?

Not just physically.
Mentally too.
Feeling behind.

Watching other people make progress.
Wondering if your body just doesn’t respond like theirs.

That’s not a small thing.
It chips away at your confidence every single day.

You stop trusting your effort.
Then you stop trying altogether.
That’s the real cost of waiting.
Not the time.

The belief you lose in yourself.

If you’re ready to stop starting over and build something you can actually stick to around work, kids and real life...

DM ENOUGH and I’ll show you what Week 1 looks like.

You’ve been thinking about it for weeks
Maybe months

The change you know you need
The plan you keep saying you’ll start

But you haven’t moved

And that’s what’s actually draining you
Not the plan
Not the work
But the mental weight of sitting on the fence

You already feel behind
And the longer you wait
The heavier that feeling gets

You don’t need a better week
You need to move and take action with support

That’s what PEAK ONLINE FITNESS is , it’s not just me, it’s a support network of people who all started out just like you .

DM or comment RESULTS and I’ll help you start properly

A lot of people will talk about what it costs to get in shape. Gym membership, hiring a coach, healthy food, and buying gym clothes.

But nobody talks about the cost of staying where they are.

Because another year of doing nothing, staying where you are, might mean another year of not liking what you see in the mirror, hiding behind baggy clothes, not feeling confident on holiday, feeling knackered after work, and not having enough energy to play with your kids.

Many people that I speak to, they’re not lazy, they’re just busy.

They’ve got a social life, they’ve got work commitments, they’ve got kids’ activities, and they’ve usually tried things in the past as well.

The problem usually is that they go all in, they fully commit, which is great, but then life gets busy. Things get in the way, and then they fall off, and then they end up back at square one.

So you don’t need another extreme diet, a six-week shred, or to be training seven days a week.
You just need something you can stick to. Three good training sessions a week, better food choices, more daily movement, but a plan that actually fits your busy life.

Because another year is going to pass anyway, so the question is, do you wanna feel exactly the same as you do now when that time passes?

And that’s a wrap for the season 🥈🥈

It’s been great and I’ve loved it

I’ve made the decision not to attend the championships in October for one simple reason - my family. It’s time to give them some focus, attention and normality back

I’ve given everything I possibly could to this prep and coming away with 2 second places and a top 5 is something I’m really happy with - but it’s not enough

The new plan is set, the goal is very fuc*ing clear
A 16-18month growth phase then in 2028 I bring golds home- that isn’t even an if - it will 100% happen, it was very bloody close this year in my first proper season competing.

We know what tweaks we need to make, I know what needs to be done and the plans are in place to achieve this

2 holidays booked, lots of date nights, lots of family trips away and time to give them back some quality time but that doesn’t mean I take any time off from working on the next phase

It’s on 🚀💪💥
Let’s go

Most people start strength training because they want to change how they look.

Lose some body fat.

Build some muscle.

Feel better in their clothes.

But somewhere along the way, something else starts to change…

The way they see themselves.

A weight you once struggled with becomes your warm-up.

You do something you genuinely didn’t think you were capable of.

You stop walking into the gym feeling intimidated.

You start looking forward to seeing what your body can do next.

And every time you show up and keep another promise to yourself…

You build a little more confidence.

That’s why I’m such a huge believer in getting stronger.

Yes, I want my clients to look in the mirror and be proud of the body they’ve built.

But I also want them to look at the person staring back and think…

“I’m proud of who I’ve become.”

Because the physical transformation is great.

But watching someone become stronger, more capable and more confident in themselves?

That’s the transformation that really matters. 💪❤️

Tailored coaching” gets thrown around a lot in the fitness industry.

But a personalised meal plan isn’t the same as personalised coaching.

To me, tailored coaching means understanding the person before building the plan.

Your work.

Your family.

Your schedule.

Your experience.

Your goals.

The foods you enjoy.

The obstacles that usually knock you off track.

Only then do we build something that fits your life.

Because the best programme in the world is useless if it doesn’t work on a busy Tuesday when you’ve had a stressful day at work and the kids need picking up.

Real coaching adapts with you.

That’s why every client inside The Peak System has a plan built around their life—not someone else’s.

What would make a fitness plan feel genuinely realistic for you?
