Yesterday myself and Alex completed the great north run.

With weeks of training paid off as Alexandra Dunn got a pb of 02.09.22 for 13.1 miles that's some speedy running ,🏃🏼‍♀️ 👏🏼

We will be looking into running it again next year if anyone would like to join us 🤞🏼

Well done Alex great effort 👏🏼❤️
