Hi, I'm Yvonne, a qualified instructor who specialises in rehabilitation. I deliver several weekly Tai Chi classes throughout Calderdale. For more information on class locations, times and pricing please feel free to contact me.

Tai Chi can easily be adapted for anyone, from the beginner right through to the more advanced, including those rehabilitating from a medical condition or injury. Suitable for all adults. Some of the benefits of Tai Chi are; improved balance and muscle strength, increased flexibility and mobility, improved cardiovascular endurance, promotes joint health. Tai Chi also promotes calmness and well-being and reduces stress and anxiety.
