Over 2 months since all gyms & Leisure Facilities could open after the last Lockdown & time has flown past. Since re-opening what I’ve found myself is how much of an important role exercise guidance is & having someone to teach you, train you, have the ability to answer you with questions you might have. It is extremely tough & daunting to make the decision to start using a gym for some. This is where a gym staff member or Personal Trainer comes in. Ask questions, get guidance, book that gym assessment, book that Personal Training session. Trust me, you won’t regret it. Weight, measurements etc are what people tend to focus on. Start changing your thought process & start thinking about the improvements:
- Your energy levels
- Your sleep patterns
- Your outlook on life
-Reduction in stress
-Mental health benefits
Embrace it, challenge yourself, see & feel the difference in yourself once you get started & go from there😃👌
